Please remember to add in your invoice number, in the Merchant notes section, from the top of the invoice that you have received.

BC Landscape Contractors LTD (referred to as "Our Business", "We/Us") is a V.A.T. registered company operating within the United Kingdom.  All estimates, invoices & receipts sent out by our business will include a charge for V.A.T. that we are unable to alter or adjust.  Invoices must be paid within 7 days from the date on the invoice, any remaining balance after this date will incur additional charges.  BC Landscape Contractors LTD will retain ownership of any & all materials and goods supplied to the customer until such time that full payment has been made for said items.  We reserve the right under the Laws of the United Kingdom to terminate our contract with any customer who has not paid within a timeframe deemed reasonable by UK law & to re-possess any materials or goods provided by us as part of the transaction, where we reasonably believe that Payment for these materials or goods will not be made.
